As its name indicates, in this type of garnishment an individual’s employer is required to garnish the individual’s wages. The MN Unemployment Insurance Program Compliance Unit has issued temporary Wage Garnishment releases. The agency will notify employers when to begin withholding again. ADP had previously completed Iowa creditor garnishments to reduce the volume of returned payments.
